Guides

If a guide won't play or something's broken on my end, email me and I'll fix it or refund you.

If you bought the wrong guide by mistake, email me within 14 days and I'll sort it out.

Coaching

Cancel 24 hours or more before your call: you get 90% back (a 10% fee). Stripe keeps its fees when I refund, so this covers that.

Cancel less than 24 hours before: you get 50% back. That slot usually can't be filled on short notice.

No-show without a message: no refund.

Replay Reviews: 90% back until I've started your review. After that, no refund.

If I have to cancel, you get everything back, no fee.

Bundles: each call follows the same rules, based on that call's share of the price.

How to ask

Email egoseb1234@gmail.com with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
